Sunset Beach Fiji

As the name would suggest, Sunset Beach faces west to capture breathtaking Fijian sunsets.  The scenery is equally stunning during the day with stretches of white sand, coconut palms and clear, tropical water for swimming.

Found on Mana Island in the Mamanuca Group, Sunset Beach is one of the most popular beaches in Fiji and also quite private being set a little way away from Ratu Kini Dive Resort and Mana Island Resort and accessed by walkways.

Yasawa Island Resort Beach

The luxurious Yasawa Island Resort & Spa is surrounded by 11 private, stunning beaches of bright white sand and turquoise waters. While beaches surrounding the islands of the Yasawa Group are all quite glorious, the beach fronting the resort is definitely one of the best. Soft white sand perfect for long walks and Insta-worthy photos of this island paradise.

Honeymoon Beach Fiji

The exclusive, private Fijian island of Turtle Island is home to the iconic Honeymoon Beach, a picture-perfect crescent of soft, white sand, lush palms and rocky headlands. Honeymoon Beach affords privacy for up to 14 couples at a time with 14 separate beaches framed by the headlands to make you feel like you’re in your own private oasis.

Natadola Beach

Just 30 minutes from Nadi Airport along the famous Coral Coast of Fiji’s main island, Viti Levu, you’ll find the rare gem Natadola Beach which is considered one of Fiji’s best beaches. A long, sweeping and easily accessible stretch of pure, white sand, Natadola Beach is well shaded with amazing swimming spots and also offers horses for hire to ride along the sand or for more experienced treks.

Qalito Island

A small island more commonly known as Castaway Island after it’s only resort, Qalito Island in the Mamanuca Islands is one of Fiji’s most popular. A great place to relax, unwind and enjoy life’s simple pleasures, Qalito Island is blessed with not one, but two pristine, white sandy beaches on either side. Easily accessible through the resort or for the more adventurous, can be accessed by climbing around the island at low tide. Qalito Island’s beaches promise amazing photo opportunities with the water surrounding the islands stunning shades of turquoise.

Long Beach Fiji

As its name would suggest, Long Beach on the Fiji island of Kadavu is Fiji’s longest beach, perfect for those long, long, long walks along the beach. Stretching many kilometres, Long Beach runs along the north shore of Kadavu Island and can be accessed from the two nearby Kadavu resorts, the Papageno Resort and Matana Beach Resort. A short 10-20 minute boat ride also offers easy and beautiful diving spots on Kadavu’s fringing reefs.

Liku Beach

Meaning ‘sunset’ in Fijian, Liku Beach graces the shores of Tokoriki Island on the stunning Mamanuca Islands boasts iconic sunset beach experiences. West facing Liku beach also features a gravity defying vertical backdrop  of lush, tropical forest and from the middle beach, guests can take a staircase to access the exclusively adults-only Tokoriki Island Resort

Qamea Island Fiji

Fronting onto the luxurious, adults only Qamea Resort & Spa is an equally breathtaking private white sand beach over a kilometre in length. Many of the resort’s bures take in the natural wonder of one of Fiji’s best beaches and spectacular sunsets.

The secluded area and atmosphere is aided by more than 100 acres of magical rainforest and coconut palms set against jagged volcanic South Pacific mountains.

Volivoli Beach

Offering stunning panoramic views, Volivoli Beach can be found along the northern Suncoast of Fiji’s main island, Viti Levu. A pretty beach with deep swimming lagoons and soft white sand, Volivoli is surrounded by Fiji’s highest and most breathtaking mountains. Located at the end of the beach is the family-owned, 4 star Volivoli Beach Resort, a great base to take part in prime diving, snorkelling, kite surfing, and fishing – or to just grab a bite to eat.

Malolo Island Beach

For the more adventurous and active, Malolo Island, a volcanic island part of the Mamanuca Group, offers an idyllic background to enjoy surfing, sailing wind surfing, kayaking and stand up paddle boarding in its pristine waters. Or just relax on the lovely beach before touring the lush island forests. September in particular is a perfect time to visit.

Vomo Island Beach

A stunning and privately owned island, Vomo Island is surrounded by long, white sandy beaches on both sides as well as many other smaller beaches offering privacy in paradise. Protected by the outer reef, the crystal-clear waters of Vomo Island are perfect for swimming throughout the day and exceptional snorkelling spots are accessible straight from the beach too. The luxurious VOMO Island Resort also offers complimentary water sports, including stand up paddle boards, kayaks and windsurfing (among others) to enjoy during your stay.

If sunrises are more your thing, Mount Vomo is on the eastern side of the Island and boasts 360 degree views if you dare to conquer the peak early in the day – but any time of the day is spectacular.

Denarau Island

The largest resort precinct in the South Pacific, Denarau Island is a short taxi ride from Nadi International Airport on the main Fiji island of Viti Levu. Famous for its stunning sunsets, it’s no wonder Denarau Island is a hot-spot for weddings and honeymoons with its relaxing atmosphere and signature Fiji service. The island offers a wide range of restaurants, cafés and bars, particularly along the beachfront and being in close proximity to Denarau Marina, Denarau Island is equally popular for families.

Nalamu Beach Fiji

Set amongst landscaped tropical gardens, Nalamu Beach at First Landing Beach Resort & Villas is the only white sand beach in the Nadi area. Located on Fiji’s main island of Viti Levu at Vuda Point, the beach faces due west, giving breathtaking sunsets across Nadi Bay towards the famous Mamanuca Islands.

Fun Fact: According to local legend, the first Fijians arrived on this very beach around 1500 BC.

Nacula Beach Fiji

One of the best beaches in the group of Yasawa Islands, Nacula Beach is also located on its most remote island. A hilly and volcanic island, Nacula is home to four resorts, Blue Lagoon Beach Resort, Safe Landing, Oarsman Bay Lodge and Nabua Lodge, and its stunning beaches. With the turquoise blue water of the ocean and crystal clear water of nearby lagoons to choose from, snorkelling and diving are perfect activities to immerse yourself Nacula’s tranquil surroundings.

Beqa Lagoon

Right in front of the Beqa Lagoon Resort is the Beqa Lagoon, home to spectacular, healthy hard coral and colourful marine life – a snorkeller’s dream! A two and a half hour drive from Nadi Airport along Viti Letu’s Coral Coast before a short boat ride, Beqa Island is famous for Fijian Fire Walkers and is one of the last untouched islands in the South Pacific. Just 15 square kilometres, the island has no roads or cars – nothing to disrupt your relaxation and uninterrupted sunsets over the lagoon.
