Departing Info: Guests to please wait in resort lobby for pickups 10 minutes prior to scheduled pick up time. Big Bula Waterpark Bus is utilised for transfers and will have Fiji Untold sign for guests to look out for.
Denarau Resorts: 7:00pm pick up
Returning Info: Vou Bus will depart at approx 10:00pm and transferred back to their respective hotels at the conclusion of the show.

FORCE MAJEURE:
Force Majeure refers to any event which we could not, even with all due care, foresee or avoid. Such events may include, whether actual or threatened, war, riot, civil strife, terrorist activity, industrial dispute, natural or nuclear disaster, adverse weather conditions of cyclone, hurricane, tsunami, earthquakes, fire and similar occurrences out of our control. Except where otherwise expressly stated in these booking conditions, we regret we cannot accept liability or pay any compensation where the performance or prompt performance of our obligations under our contract with you is prevented or affected by or you otherwise suffer any damage, loss or expense of any nature as a result of “force majeure”. Very rarely we may be forced by “force majeure” to change or terminate a client’s trip after their departure but before their scheduled end of time away. If this situation does occur, we regret we will be unable to make any refunds, pay you any compensation or meet any costs or expenses the client may incur as a result.

*Cannibal Chase
Cannibals Chase is a 45-minute walk through the bush at night time, so guests need to be physically able and have no heart conditions, epilepsy, or be pregnant. We recommend all guests to wear closed footwear and long trousers. The show is for guests aged 16+. The show runs on Fridays between 7 – 9 pm so guests will be taken in small groups in 5 – 10 minute intervals.

Hotel transfers to VOU HUB included.

*Island Adventurers Show
This show is for children aged 3-8 years.
Show runs on Thursdays and Sundays from 3-4pm.

*Kids Stay & Eat Free

• Kids Stay Free – No charge for two (2) children, 12 years and under when occupying same room as adult(s) and using existing beds.
• Kids Eat Free – Children must be accompanied by at least one (1) paying adult per seating. Applicable for lunch and dinner and must dine off kids menus at participating outlets: Island 619, Wet Edge. Offer is not applicable to Tatavu Bar & Grill, 28Grams, Heineken House & Bar, poolside service, and in-room dining. Beverages are not included in this offer.
