SeaFiji Resort Transfers Fuel Surcharge Levy:
Customers travelling aboard a SeaFiji Transfer service will be subject to the following fuel surcharges from the 1st August 2022 either at our Port Denarau check-in counter.

• SFL ( Sea Fiji Link ) per passenger – FJD $25 per one way sector (Return bookings are $50 per passenger)
• Fast Boat and Private Fast Boat Transfers passengers travelling to/from Mamanuca Islands Properties per booking.
• FJD$75 – Region 2 Mamanuca Properties Lomani, Plantation, Musket Cove, Funky Fish, Six Senses, Tropica, Malolo, Likuliku, Castaway, Mana and Tadrai Island Resorts.

Payment: Customers departing from Port Denarau will be asked to pay the fuel surcharge at check-in all travel sectors. Customers inbound passengers from island resorts will be asked to pay the fuel surcharge upon arrival at the check in counter on return to Port Denarau. 3% bank fee applies to all international debit or credit cards transactions. Sea Fiji Limited reserves the right to alter prices, apply a fuel surcharge, cancel departures, arrange alternative transport, and vary itineraries and services if necessary.

SOUTH SEA CRUISES:

South Sea Cruises Resort Transfers Fuel Surcharge Levy:
Customers travelling aboard South Sea Cruises services and products will be subject to the following fuel surcharges from Monday, 6th of June 2022 either at our Port Denarau check-in counter or upon boarding one of our vessels if a customer is travelling on an inbound sector.

• Resort Connections customers travelling to all Mamanuca Islands – F$20 per adult / F$10 per child (5-15 years) for each one-way sector.
• Resort Connections customers travelling to all Yasawa Island Resorts (including Vomo) – F$25 per adult / F$15 child (5-15 years) for each one-way sector.

Payment: Customers travelling with us from Port Denarau will be asked to pay their applicable fuel surcharge for all future sectors booked whilst at check-in. Customers who are only travelling with us on an inbound sector from their island resort (or local community) will be asked to pay the fuel surcharge upon boarding our vessels and before they return to Port Denarau. Customers can choose to either pay the fuel surcharge via cash, international debit, or credit card (noting that international cards do attract a 3% bank fee). South Sea Cruises reserves the right to alter prices, apply a fuel surcharge, cancel departures, arrange alternative transport, and vary itineraries and services if necessary.

The price of fuel in Fiji is now (1 August 2022) at record levels some 63% ahead of prices as of June 2021 and continues to increase.

TREASURE ISLAND RESORT:

• Vuda Marina – Treasure Island: 11:00, 15:00
• Treasure Island – Vuda Marina: 12:00, 16:00

All transfers are subject to weather conditions at time of arrival. Should adverse conditions prevent operation the client is responsible at their own cost for their own additional accommodation wherever it may be and/or alternative travel arrangements not organised by the Company. Treasure Island Resort reserves the right to cancel departures, alter prices, apply a fuel surcharge, arrange alternative transport and vary services as necessary. All transfers are subject to sea and weather conditions and operational requirements. Treasure Island Resort shall be the sole judge of when vessels should or should not operate under this clause. We strongly recommend clients purchase Travel Insurance.

Luggage:
One suitcase and one piece of carried on per person allowed. Prior notification is required at time of booking should a guest be travelling with over size luggage (eg Surf Boards) additional charges will apply. Price on application and is payable direct to the Airport transfer driver on arrival.

• Room service is not available for any meal or beverage on either Meal Package.
• Bar Snacks are not available for any meal or beverage on either Meal Package.
• Excludes Wedding receptions, special events and functions etc.

All prices are person twin share unless otherwise stated, are in Australian dollars, are correct at the time of publication & are subject to change without notice. Flights are not included unless otherwise stated & if included, are economy class unless otherwise stated. Price includes any stated bonus nights, upgrades & package savings, if applicable.

Cancellation Charges
Please note, cancelled bookings will incur charges. Our travel service providers are entitled to impose cancellation charges, which can be up to 100% of the amount paid to them for the relevant service, regardless of whether travel has commenced. If any refunds are received from travel service providers, they will be passed on to you, less a minimum cancellation fee of $150 per person.
